The 8GByte and 16 GByte PATA devices are manufactured in a 22mm x 27mm 224 plastic ball grid array (PBGA) package that supports various PATA interface protocols; the 37GByte and 75 GByte SATA devices come in a 28mm x 32mm 524 PBGA with a SATA interface.
