SimScroll™ Interface

The SimScroll™ scroll ring interface is a circular switch array utilizing our advanced SimTouch™ switch technology. It is a perfect scroll ring interface for products requiring effective navigation of large menu lists. Typical applications include universal remote controls, MP3 players and A/V media system controls.

SimTouch™ switch is designed to create the feel of a capacitive touch switch at a fraction of the cost. Using our innovative conductive ink technology, SimTouch™ switch enables designers to create user interfaces limited only by their imagination.

SimScroll™ interface uses a flexible overlay laminated to the switch circuit. Low actuation force and extremely short travel distance creates the experience of a capacitive touch switch. SimTouch™ switch construction can use a variety of overlay materials, providing a smooth glass-like finish or brushed metallic for a stainless steel look.
