Extended environment testing (military temp memory and industrial temp memory) is standard for all Microsemi Power and Microelectronics Group memory devices. We understand the need for extended temperatures, including military temperature flash memory in the military environment and provide products that meet those needs. MPMG plastic encapsulated parts and ceramic parts are all tested over the military and industrial temp ranges.

Our memory products (NV and RAM) are 100% tested to meet military temp memory, industrial temp or customer specified temperatures and conditions. All standard products are 100% burned in.
