Microsemi Corporation (“Microsemi”), grants permission to the public to reproduce and publish complete photographs or graphics ("Images") from this section of the Microsemi web site, subject to the following restrictions:
- Images may not be used to promote any product or service other than Microsemi's products or services;
- Images may not be modified other than resizing;
- Images may not be used in any manner which disparages Microsemi or Microsemi's products;
- Permission to use the Images may be canceled by Microsemi at any time, and you agree that upon receipt of notice from Microsemi of such cancellation that you shall immediately cease all use of the Images;
- Credit shall be given to Microsemi for use of the images.
