A. Yes all aspects of the module is under Engineering Change Control which includes customer approval.

Q. Do you offer labeling with customer part number, revision, memory type and size and customer part number in bar code?

A. Yes, and at no charge to the customer.

Q. Do you offer six months advance notice of any change to BOM or PCB including memory chip die revisions?

A. Yes, memory device availability is driven by the memory component supplier. Typical die revision transition is three months.

Q. Do you offer the opportunity to execute a lifetime buy of the existing revision within the 6 months listed above?

A. Yes, based on memory supplier availability.

Q. Do you offer a root cause analysis and corrective action on failed modules within two weeks of return?

A. Yes, and it includes traceability to the module component/materials.

Q. Do you have the facilities and personnel to carry out customer specific validation plans that would include variables measurement of selected timing signals in a target application over a specified operating temperature range?

A. WEDC specializes in customer defined test screening for timing and data retention over the industrial and commercial temperature ranges. Schmoo plots can be provided for required data sheet variables.

Q. Are you willing to entertain this type of activity including validation plans that incorporate modules produced by other suppliers?

A. WEDC engages in ‘blind’ test correlation of other module supplier products as part of the correlation of custom test programs.

Q. Do you now or have you in the past conducted such programs for other customers?

A. Yes, this is part of our ongoing volume business today.
