Aerospace Trim Panel Electromechanical Assembly

We produce the Trim Panel Assembly for Lockheed Martin’s F16 Fighting Falcon aircraft. The Trim Panel is an electromechanical build To print assembly which incorporates many of our Electromechnical Products division's core capabilities. Our customer appreciates the turn-key approach and vertically integrated capabilities employed on this product.

We successfully integrate numerous capabilities in the Trim Panel Assembly; including machining of metal components, gear train production, wire harness assembly, sub-assembly of electronic components (potentiometers, relays, and capacitors), lighted front panel (NVIS), and finishing (paint, chemical film, anodize, silk screened legends, conformal coat).

WEDC performs a comprehensive functional test on each completed assembly; utilizing custom test equipment designed and produced by WEDC.
