Our printing capabilities include several multi-station web printing and finishing lines so we can meet industrial keypad and electrodes production needs quickly and cost effectively. High-speed cylinder screen presses enable cost-efficient production of multi-colored graphic overlays for high-volume membrane keypads.
The HP Indigo Press 2000 Digital Printer provides on-demand, variable-data printing to the industrial printing market for large volume business, as well as demand for quick-turn prototypes and short-run production cycles for membrane keypads. Using the Indigo printer we are capable of producing printed attachments to graphic overlays for applications in membrane switches, interface panels, keypads and other products.
In addition to printing on standard materials, we can use the Indigo to print on multiple substrates. PVC, polyester and polycarbonate can be finished with lamination, thermoforming, embossing or other industry standard processes. Digital technology also offers security printing services through serialization, holographs, invisible ink and other advanced print technologies.
